Healthy Smiles at Home, mobile dental hygiene

A new website that screens new clients before anyone picks up the phone

A mobile dental hygiene practice in Greater Sudbury needed a site that brings in the right clients. We designed it and automated the intake, so every inquiry is checked and sorted before staff see it.

The problem

Healthy Smiles at Home brings dental hygiene to people where they live. That makes two questions matter before anything else: is this person inside the service area, and how will the visit be paid for?

Answering those by phone for every inquiry takes time away from patients.

What we built

  • A website built for the practice

A fast, mobile-first site that explains the service plainly and leads people to one clear next step.

  • An intake form that screens as you go

The form asks one step at a time. It checks the service area early and stops kindly if someone is outside it. It asks about private insurance, and if there is none, walks through Canadian Dental Care Plan eligibility with instant feedback.

  • Health questions before the first visit

Eligible people answer a short medical questionnaire, review everything on one page, and submit.

  • Automated follow-through

Each submission goes to an automation that processes it for the practice, so staff start from a sorted, complete request instead of a phone message.

How it works day to day

  • People outside the service area find out in seconds, not after a callback.
  • Staff see complete, pre-screened requests.
