Agreements signed through our electronic signing platform are legally binding under the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (Ontario). Digital signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures.
CloudWise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
